Math PSAT/SAT/ACT College Test Prep
Your children can become masters of college prep tests and get into the college of their dreams!
We offer older students this prep course to help them get into top colleges across the U.S. We've worked with hundreds of students and have sent kids to top U.S. Today 25 schools.
Each student gets access to our online database of sample questions and 1-on-1 support to help them through the process.
How Our Approach is Different
Each topic breaks down a single problem into several bite-size mini-questions that provoke thought and build thinking ability. Students identify context, patterns, and strategies, and learn and apply the criteria to select the right strategy.
Alternate solution paths are often suggested and their relative merits analyzed and compared. Students learn how to think and how to recognize and deal with common thinking errors.
Test-specific tips help students avoid common pitfalls - and get high test scores.
Is It Easy?
In a word, no: It's not easy. Students will struggle.
But the payoff is great. Students learn why they make mistakes and how to keep making them in the future.
Why Does It Work?
It's research-based. We've built on the work of Angela Lee Duckworth, Carol Dweck, Paul Tough, and others to help students build the values and abilities that result in high test scores - and coincidentally to succeed at whatever they choose.
It's been tested. Hundreds of students who took this prep course have seen an average increase of 107 points in their math SAT score. Wow!
Are there prerequisites?
Students don't have to be "book smart" to get high test scores: No prerequisite exists beyond being able to read English: We'll detect when a student doesn't know a basic concept and will redirect to the appropriate material before moving on.
